HS220 - Brass Press Fittings

Honson HS220 brass press fittings for multilayer pipes are well-designed and ideal for hot and cold water distribution systems (sanitary and heating systems).

Brass press fittings are immovable once they are installed correctly, ensuring a permanent deformation that guarantees long-term sealing. For this reason, the press fittings are the only type of coupling that can be used and guaranteed in embedded systems. It offers safe and stable connection because of the permanent compression plastic deformation of the stainless steel sleeve. The plastic lock ring separates the aluminum pipe from the brass pipe, making it corrosion-resistant.

The universal type fitting also has LBP (leak before pressed) feature, which is designed to allow the installer to detect not pressed fittings. If the fitting has not been pressed or been pressed properly, water leaks out even under low pressure.

Brass press fittings are available in sizes from Ø16 to Ø 32. They are easily installed and disassembled.
