We offer a wide variety of brass flare fittings including standard 45°, inverted 45°, POL, gas range, and fine thread (9/16” x 24) for space heater applications.
Brass flare fittings are designed for higher pressure applications and are commonly used for gasoline, grease, oil, water, vacuum, air lines and natural gas. Flare fittings can also be used for refrigeration, air conditioning, and other applications involving hard to hold liquids and gases using forged nuts.
It is recommended for use with copper, brass, aluminum, and welded steel hydraulic tubing that can be flared and not recommended for use with polybutylene or soft plastic tubing.
With workshops covering more than 12,000m2and 8,000m2 warehouses; HONSON is capable to produce 30 standard 20’ containers (500 tons) brass fittings per month. Equipped with 400+ advanced machines; automatic and intelligent production has been realized. And we are also constantly upgrading the equipment to improve manufacturing level, reduce costs, increase capability and efficiency. The whole production process is monitored and managed finely and digitally. We also have a great number of skillful technical workers to manage and facilitate the whole production process.
